How does pricing work?

Five tiers: 14-day Trial (free, full access, no credit card). Household at $24 CAD/month for up to 8 people with all node types, AI, and HearthMode. Care at $29 CAD/month for caregiving teams with medication protocols, shift handovers, and WatchMode. Business at $49 CAD/month for up to 20 people with CRM, smart invoicing, and client portals. Enterprise for organizations needing all three domains, API access, and white-label sharing. Annual billing saves up to 20%.

Is my data secure?

Yes. All your data is encrypted and protected. Every important action — expense splits, medication records, custody schedule changes — is permanently recorded and digitally locked the moment it happens, making it court-ready by design. Your business and family information never cross wires — that’s enforced at the database level, not just a permission toggle. Security is baked in, not bolted on.

Can it absorb my existing tools?

Yes — import from your existing tools is available now in preview. Drop in a calendar export, a spreadsheet of contacts, or a Notion export and Triora will sort everything into the right place automatically. Google Calendar sync is live on the Business plan. Direct connectors for Apple Reminders and Airtable are coming next.

Does it work offline?

Yes, with caveats. The spatial canvas, all currently loaded nodes, and the most recent AI context load from local cache when your connection drops. Edits made offline queue and sync automatically when reconnected. HearthMode has a dedicated offline shell that keeps the clock, weather, and last-known schedule visible even with no internet. Full offline-first architecture is on the roadmap for v3.
